It's important to note that our fees and packages are explicitly outlined for job seekers. If you represent a company, we invite you to inquire within for customized information.
  • Where in Australia are you located?
    We are located in Melbourne, Victoria, and our primary mode of contact is through phone and email. While our services are generally conducted remotely, we do offer in-person consultations for our interview coaching service in Perth and Melbourne (additional fees apply). Additionally, for our capability statement service, in-person consultations are available exclusively in Melbourne. Our services are accessible to clients throughout Australia, regardless of their location. This approach enhances cost-effectiveness, allowing us to pass on the savings to our clients.
  • What is your time frame to complete work for me?
    The timeframe for completing your work can vary depending on the specific service you require. Generally, we aim to provide timely and efficient services. The typical turnaround time from the initial consultation to the final completion of the project is approximately 1-3 business days, depending on the service requested. However, this can be influenced by factors such as the complexity of the project and the responsiveness of the client. For a more accurate estimate, please reach out to us directly with details about the specific services you're interested in, and we'll be happy to discuss the timeline for your particular situation.
  • How do you accept payment?
    Payment can be completed through either bank transfer or credit card. Kindly be aware that we are unable to initiate services for job seekers until payment confirmation is received. Following the confirmation of payment, we will promptly commence the process, and our accounts department will issue a receipt for your records. For companies, our standard payment terms are set at 30 days. However, it's important to note that a deposit is necessary for specific services.
