CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
"Hey Matt, thank you so much for helping me the past two days. I really appreciate it. I've learnt so much over the past two days and I can't thank you enough. I'll let you know how I go tomorrow. Thanks again."
Daniel, Australian Public Service
"I had two interviews lined up before I met Matt. I was slightly nervous prior to these.
I met Matt and we went through a sample interview together. He gave me some really good feedback and tips to take into the interviews. I ended up getting offers from both companies!! Definitely worth the time. Thank you!"
Cherie, Marketing
"Before being called in for any more interviews, I knew I had to revamp both my CV and cover letter. I am so grateful to have carefully done the research for these types of services offered in Melbourne as not only did Matthew edited both documents however he even did research on what my ideal prospective employer is looking for and added and edited accordingly.
What an effort that would've been however still did this as part of the service he offered.
I then decided to purchase an interview training session with him where he determined what areas I am weak in and from there he taught me how to structure a professional yet honest answer. Besides answers, he goes through body language tips and how to carefully express certain emotions during the interview.
Shortly after I got called in for a job interview and got the job the very next day! Matthew, I will 100% recommend you to all of my friends and family - thanks again!"

Deciding whether to book a 60 minute or 90 minute coaching session?
When booking an interview coaching session, you have the choice between a one-hour session and an hour and a half session. Here are the main differences:
-
Duration: A one-hour session lasts for 60 minutes, while an hour and a half session lasts for 90 minutes. The longer session allows for more in-depth discussions and practice.
-
Coverage: In a one-hour session, there is limited time to cover various aspects of interview preparation, such as behavioral and commonly asked questions, interview techniques, and managing nerves.
In an hour and a half session, there is more time to delve deeper into these topics. It enables a more comprehensive approach, including mock interviews, detailed feedback, and targeted practice for specific skills or scenarios.
-
Depth of Analysis: With the longer session, the coach can provide more detailed analysis of your interview performance, strengths, weaknesses, and personalized recommendations for improvement.
-
Practice Opportunities: The longer session allows for additional mock interview practice, giving you more chances to refine your answers, delivery, and receive constructive feedback.
Consider your specific needs and budget when choosing between the one-hour and hour and a half session. The longer session provides a more comprehensive experience with ample time for practice and analysis, while the one-hour option offers a focused approach.
