The problem most employers find when looking for a suitable candidate is that they do not meet the requirements of both the position and the employer. When we submit our resume and covering letter for a job, we not only need to address the requirements of the job, that is, the functional requirements (the tasks and responsibilities assigned to the position) but also the employers needs. They are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable and genuinely keen in the job and the company itself.
